My first time to be here, Iciban Boshi at Novena Velocity. The restaurant was eye-catching. It was elegant, yet not exaggerated.After running through the menu, I ordered Black Pepper Grilled Fish Set, I admitted I forgot the full name of it. It served along with the electric warmer to make sure the Fish was hot while eating. One of the premium sets with huge portion and I highly recommended it because I like the peppery fish.
My friend’s order turn, she picked premium sashimi set. All of their ingredients were definitely fresh, but there was no main course such as rice or noodles served together. Maybe they said should emphasized on quality but not quantity was refer to this.
While, another friend ordered tempura set. Nothing special and a bit oily.
I think this dish was being the most famous and tasty among our orders. BBQ Squids with tiny Tomatoes, Beefs, Mushrooms and Scallops. The key of this was its braised sauce. Wonderful meal, we did enjoy our meal.
