Indian Cuisine Stall, located in IMM's building Kopitiam is perhaps the newest stall there as I dont remember there was any indian cuisine during my last visit there. It caught me in surprise to see that instead of the man who was preparing the prata, it was a young lady. There was no tossing seen and turning of the prata on the oily stove was seen with the help of a fryer. The pieces of egg prata was doughy. The pieces of egg prata was doughy. In fact it comes to my mind the reason why those roti prata men was smacking and tossing the prata in the air and onto the stove. It wasnt as fluffy as expected, the dough was not loosen. However the fish curry (requested) that comes together with pratas were quite rich.

Perhaps that the lady was still under training from the man who she manned the stall with, I will definitely revisit the place again afterall having a lady working on the pratas were not that common in Singapore.
