Indeed, the Corn Ramen is the most unassuming dish in the wide variety of ramen available at Ajisen BUT corn lovers can never resist the sweet allure of corn. That said, Ajisen should consider adding more corn and work on the noodles. Find that the noodles are a tad hard and tasteless. Broth was ok but definitely can be improved. Not asking for too much since Ajisen brand itself as a ramen joint, it has better buck up lest fickle customers flock over to the many other japanese restaurants mushro
