We booked a night stay at Hotel Michael at Sentosa RWS and as we are wondering what to have for dinner, we decide to go try this Italian Restaurant Palio at Hotel Michael. The interior decoration is simple and cozy.Not sure the exact name for this bread but its soft and nice. We ordered a chicken spaghetti to share, the spaghetti is not overcooked, the texture is just nice and the sauce is nice and not too strong in herb taste. Nice.
Seafood Pizza, the pizza crust is crispy and thin, the seafood topping is fresh. I drizzle some cheese powder and vinegar dressing on the pizza and it really enhance the taste better.
