Recently, I tried the Jap Crispy Chicken with Rice from Zesty Tomato as there was no queue for once!However, I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for my food whereas others who came after me received their food first.WHY? Because the staff forgot about my order although I was standing there waiting for my food for so long.When I finally asked them about my food, then only did they realise they had given my food to someone else who ordered after me.As I was already starving, this horrible service

As I was already starving, this horrible service made me all the more frustrated.
Being able to watch the cook was a huge turn off as his hygiene level is very poor!
He did not have gloves on and kept rubbing his nose and flicking his hair and speaking while handling the food.
Despite being disgusted, I was too hungry to complain and just ate the food, trying my best to not think of the poor hygiene.
The food was of a rather average standard.
The chicken had too much skin on it and the rice was too dry as they were not generous with the gravy.
Also, they put a scoop of baked beans near the middle of the rice, which spoilt the taste of the rice with the tomato flavour.
Overall for the high price and rather poor quality of the food, this was definitely not worth it and I doubt I will be going back to Zesty Tomato again due to the poor service.
