Santouka's Japanese egg is very flavourful!The egg yolk itself is very fresh and though the egg yolk is abit salty but tastes just as nice!The egg white is soft in the inside but tough on the outside. One of the best Japanese egg eaten so far at any Japan restaurants.So delicious that you can even eat it on its own without the ramen.
