Green pumpkin bakery is the first bakery opened under the RE & S group...owner of Ichiban boshi, Kuriya, Kuishinbo restaurants etc. Bread sold here are infused with Japanese ingredients such as yuzu, sakura, azuki beans etc. I bought two mini burgers and a thick toast...all 3 has very Japanese taste.Vege & potato croquette mini burger, this is very filling due to the thick potato patty. Fish fillet and egg mayo mini burger, hubby had this...he said NICE!
And last but not least...the egg and sausage thick toast, another super filling bread. It contains a whole egg and chunks of chicken sausages in the center of thick toast, topped with okonomiyaki sauce...delish too.
