headed to Javier's Rotisserie Salad Bar for a great lunch out! Got the 1/4 chicken which was simply awesome. It was very nicely grilled and was not too dry nor overtly oily. Definitely tender and juicy as well! we also got the ribs! However, the sauce for the ribs was slightly overwhelming, such that it covered the taste of the smoked ribs. Could do better with a little less sauce. Overall, it was still a yummy lunch!
