Jollibean (已結業)

This is one of my favourite pancakes as it is round in shape and the fillings is covered up by the pancake mixture. This is widely known in Singapore as Mee Chiang Kueh. For me, I simply love the cheese flavour jollipancake as the cheese that has been placed in the middle of the pancake will melt and becomes very creamy when the pancake is hot. It was slightly salty but I love the cheesy taste and the texture of the pancake. Very spongy but not hard. Good snack.
