When the Fatboy's chain started a few years ago, they were quite well-known for making one of the juiciest burgers in town. What's even more interesting about their concept is that you even get to "Build Your Own Burger" and choose whatever toppings, bread and add-ons that you want. I was there for a food tasting with the OpenRice team and had a really fun time making my own patty. OVerall, their burgers are pretty awesome and they even serve up some boozy drinks to go with your burger!
