The Café Cartel (已結業)

It was on a weekday that I had lunch here. Fortunately there wasn't a crowd and my orders came quite soon. I ordered their set lunch at $9.50 which comes with soup, iced-peach tea, free flow of bread, main course and their dessert of the day. My main was a jumbo-chicken set which came with french fries and salad. The chicken was nicely roasted I must say..it would be my new favorite at cartel other than their prime ribs!
