I love salty and all things around it. From salted fish to ikan bilis to soy sauce, it's the best combination as well. So they have this fried ikan bilis rice and I'm expecting some saltiness, which I totally did.The friedrice was light, as in not too oily and the taste was actually a tad too salty for me, so it should be SUPER salty for most people However the crunch of the ikan bilis as well as the shrimps they add in certainly makes a difference. It'll be better if you sneak in some cashew nu

However the crunch of the ikan bilis as well as the shrimps they add in certainly makes a difference. It'll be better if you sneak in some cashew nuts and sprinkle it over to give some certain sweetness But it's one of the best fried rices around the place i've discovered!
