Unique pickled cabbage, it was normally served along with Ramen or in Soup. A very flexible accompaniment to whatever dish, I opted to have mine with a bowl of plain rice. Generally authentic in flavour, hearty and savory broth was perfectly delicious. A little bit spicy, the hot pot was a balanced mixture. For me, it was addictive enough to order another serving of Kimchi Soup.
