There was a famous Kway Chap stall in Toa Payoh West Food Centre. When I was there, there was no queue. Hence I ordered a single person set.The appearance of the Kway Chap looked well braised and flavourful, but the taste was of lesser braised flavour. The braised pork was fatty and tender. The big intestine was clean inside, soft and not chewy. The preserved cabbage was surprising sweet, not too salty.Overall, I would still prefer those Kway Chap with thick flavour of braised sauce.
