Lam's Noodle House (已結業)

The place is pretty nice and air conditioned. A posh chinese restaurant in the middle of industrial area. They have a variety of food from zi char to western and to kopitiam food. I ordered a plate of creamy seafood baked rice. The price is really affordable as well. It cost only $8 at such a place. There's prawns, fish, mussels, sotong etc topped with lots of cheese. The taste wasn't too bad but not very fantastic that will attract me back for more.
