Lao Ban Soya Beancurd is so well-known that there will always be a queue in their shop. In this case, I ordered 35 bowls of Lao Ban Soya Beancurd as a desert for my team and other students.This is my first time tasting Lao Ban Soya Beancurd and it seems that Lao Ban Soya Beancurd are made in factory-style. The texture is smooth but I find the Lao Ban Soya beancurd taste average. The proportional of the sweetness level is uneven. The top part is too plain whereas the bottom of the beancurd is too
