My love one is an Hokkien Mee & Prawn Noodles lover, so he will been searching on the net...The soup is lighter in colour than the usual dark coloured prawn mee soup i tasted else where..On first sip of the soup, i find it rather bland and not rich in flavor as i expected it to be... could it be that my taste buds have been so spoil by the usual dosage of MSG and hence could no longer appreciate pure natural cooking without it? Or perhaps its my choice of bee hoon that could not bring out the fl

I'm not quite sure...However, i must point out that i did not sprinkle their special made chili powder which could enhance the flavor i suppose. This home made chili powder seems to be their specialty as its also for sale...Overall, the soup still taste good but I din like the sliced pork as i find it too fatty...
