I love the current Plaza Singapura for it's extension of the shopping mall. It is now bigger, spacious, with many well known fashion brands and of cos the new list of restaurants over at the new extension. Have heard about the craze on Hoshino Coffee so I decided to check the place out for dinner. There's a already a queue forming even though I thought I was early (reach around 6.45pm). Have heard about the craze on Hoshino Coffee so I decided to check the place out for dinner. There's a already a queue forming even though I thought I was early (reach around 6.45pm). Waited for about 10-15minutes before I got my seat. The interior of the restaurant is relaxing, if not for the bustling crowd. Ordered the Lobster Bisque Soup Spaghetti as introduced by my friend. Serving of food is surprisingly fast (for a full crowd restaurant). The spaghetti has this strong lobster flavor in it which I kinda like. It is a little chessy (pun not intended!) and it suit my taste bud a lot. The ingredients uses are very fresh, which add on to the taste of it. Definitely one of the best dish I've had!
