During december last year, for our family's christmas celebration, we bought a cake from Emicakes, specifically the White Christmas Glamour Tiramisu log cake. The log cake is best suited for 8 people with no remainder. The cake itself is covered with white cream on the exterior while the interior is thin layers of vanilla sponge cake and cream cheese plus coffee cream fusion filling. While the cake is quite delicious, I felt that the tiramisu taste did not really come out. It simply lacking in the taste which you will expect in a tiramisu cake. I guess the coffee concentration is too weak.
