Lok Lok Dip is a push-cart booth located at a corner of the fast food lane in school. It sells both boiled and fried items on skewers, 3 pieces as one serving. The boiled ones are cooked in spicy peanut sauce. Basically, lok lok is like steamboat except a different soup base and personally, I don't usually drink the soup.
