I specially chose it without adding milk to the soup as that is when you can really taste the real sweetness of the soup. normally, sellers will add milk to the soup to enhanced the taste. For Leng Kee, the soup is sweet on its own and there is no fishy taste at all. This shows the skill of the cook. For $4 a bowl, it is really worth it and the serving of the fish is also good. very good meal
