I had got lunch so many times to this shop with my colleagues and my friends. It is the best shop for all of our Myanmar people. I very often to go to this shop not only lunch but ever dinner too. We can have a lot of dishes at dinner. In lunch time we can have a few dishes. I was happy to bring to this shop for my colleagues. Even though they are not Myanmar but they all enjoyed with Myanmar foods. Most of them are like Rice Noddle. It is a little bit sticky and we can eat with special sauces.
Hopefully all the people also enjoy with this dish.
Ingredients for these dishes are:Rice noodles with chicken or minced pork, onions, garlic, tomatoes, chili, crushed roasted peanuts, young vine of mangetout, served with tohu jaw or tohu nway and pickled mustard greens (monnyinjin).
The name we can called as Myanmar Language. It is "Shan khauk Swè"
