Just like waiting at bank, we took one number slip from the waitress and patiently watching at the blinking number on the wall. The business was always good here.Cutleries were arranged properly when we seated. They normally served their customer with one hot Chinese Tea before ordering food. This is the first dish we ordered. A popular chilled appetizer which was made up by Seaweed, Bean Sprouts and Chinese Vermicelli, it tasted a bit sour and sweet. It was similar with ‘’Wanton’’. It was similar with ‘’Wanton’’. Savory gravy surrounded dumplings, the gravy actually was a wonderful mix of vinegar and chilli oil.
I never thought that salty pancake can be so delicious. The crispy outlay and solid shrimp inside, I like its tenderness and taste.
Original flavoured Xiao Long Bao, it was traditional steamed pork dumpling which wrapped up by juicy meat fillings. I ordered it everytime I came.
Nothing special for the handmade noodles, we ordered the plain one since we had so many side dishes to take along.
A very humble fried rice, there was no luxury ingredient found in the rice. The portion was still okay, not too big but enough.
Three of us were chatting when eating, it was an enjoyable thing. By now, I realize that not everybody have fortune to meet kind peoples in their life. I found mine and I knew very well who was the persons truly to me. I will appreciate it deeply.
