ChuDao is definitely on my recommended list of food places. I have tried a couple of dishes there and decided to try their Lychee Wood Barbecued Duck this time; we ordered the thigh meat, which was tender, and the skin wasn't too fatty and was very crispy, one of the better duck meats I've tried.
