My partner and I recently visited Singapore and, like many others, were ripped off by Forum Seafood, which has a number of restaurants along the river at Boat Quay. We ate at number 42 Forum Seafood Village Restaurant and shared an Alaskan king crab, half of which was prepared as a chilli crab and the other half as black pepper.
