Was meeting up a friend and decided to dine at New York New York since its really spacious and relatively quiet. It has the perfect environment for a pleasant meal with a friend.We decided to have the promotional meal, which has around 5 main dishes and I had the Mexican Cheese Chicken. The meal comes with Mango Ice Tea and Ice-cream.
The Mexican Cheese Chicken is basically fried chicken chop topped off with 2 types of cheese with a side salad and some tortilla chips. The chicken was pretty moist and goes well with the cheese. It is really big and I couldn't finish it all. Only downside is, when it cools down, it becomes really dry and hard. The chips were similar, if not, same as Chachos (plain). It would be nice if they had given cheese or something for us to dip the chips in.
The Mango Ice Tea was probably Pokka's mango ice tea. They have a wide variety of flavours for the ice-cream (1 scoop). I had the chocolate chip and I really like the chocolate rice in the ice-cream.
Overall, it was around $12.50, which I consider to be really cheap so such a big serving with a drink and a dessert. I do recommend the Mexican Cheese Chicken but it'd be good to finish it fast or share it with someone.
