Moshi mushroom bun is my favorite bun as of now! I generally am not vey fond of breadtalks buns however this bun made me change my mind. The bun has a layer of puff pastry on top, and a sprinkling of sesame seeds for added flavour. The puff pastry is baked to a deep golden brown and is crisp and crunchy, contrasting with the soft fluffy bun underneath. In the center of the bun is a delicious chicken mushroom filling which has chunks of mushrooms in it.
