Chanced upon this restaurant on Facebook Homepage while I was researching of where to go for Mother's Day.. My family prefers Chinese food to anything else and besides the few Chinese flagship restaurant like Din Tai Fung, Crystal Jade in Singapore, I do not know of other alternatives. This Mother's Day is special because of the location which is at a revolving restaurant. None of us has been there before. All of us were so eager to visit and experience dining in a revolving restaurant, overseeing the Sentosa Island, cable cars and PSA Port.
The place was rather inaccessible unless you are driving there. If not, I will suggest going to VivoCity and take a cab there. The exterior of the building was not appealing like those grand hotels which are situated along Orchard Road. There are 2 lifts to bring us up the restaurant. It was rather slow, considering if this restaurant is to be used to hold a wedding banquet. Nonetheless, it didnt spoil our excitement. Taking the lift to the 9th floor, then a long escalator, then a red carpetted spiral staircase and finally we reached the restaurant. There were already many people having their meals. Good business!

1st Dish which is my favourite, Shredded Scallops with Fish and Egg White
Fish Maw soup with seafood, yums!
Gong Bao Prawns, slightly fried
BBQ Peking Duck wrapped with egg wraps
Stewed pork ribs served with bun. The meat is well seasoned and the buns are soft and nice.
Luo Han Zai!
Ee-Fu Noodles with shredded duck meat
Red bean pancake! WOW it is served warm, yummy! The food is delicious and of the appropriate portion of all 10 of us. However, the service staff is rather unresponsive to our requests in refilling tea, changing of plates etc. I guessed they are short-handed. I will suggest that they assigned staffs to certain tables in order to improve their customer service.
