The Mushroom Pot is well known for its mushroom soup hot pot with more than 20 types of wild mushrooms, fresh seafood and meat selections. However, I decided to go for the ala carte menu instead.The Golden Mushroom wrapped with Beef slices was a bit salty but was well cooked. The Stir Fried Rice Cake was a tradition dish with a modern twist. The texture of the rice cake was firm and nice with the mushroom fragrant.
The Fried Beancurd Skin had a nice and thick fish paste. Although it was deep fried, it was not too oily. The dipping sauce was a good complement to the dish.
