Singapore boosts a wide variety of cuisine, and one of my favourite food is Nasi Briyani. I happened to buy one packet and the portion is big! The nasi briyani came with a big piece of chicken and it is very tender and succulent. It is easy to peel the meat off from the bones. However there is nothing special about the rice though it tastes not bad, having been seasoned with other spices. But it does not contain anything special that differentiates it from the other nasi briyani stalls. I also got a packet of curry. Sad to say the curry was a bit watery and I had preferred if it was a little bit thicker.張貼
