Jalan Kayu Prata Café (已結業)

This is one of my most favourite places to go to for prata.it's not at "jalan kayu" , it's a branch that opened conveniently my area at tanjong katong. For this review I won't mention about the prata as I have another one about it already. This time near midnight I had cravings for nasi ikan bilis and didn't want to go ECP lagoon village as the parking was inconvenient and not sure whether it was still open there. the rice was fried nicely evenly together with the crunchy ikan bilis/cabbage and
