the choux pastry is nice and big. it is browned nicely and tasted sweet instead of the usual bland type. the filling has real vanilla seeds in the custard. the custard is generally smooth and creamy. best eaten warm as the custard will be softer. service is friendly and polite. there is not a lot to choose from and never seems to have a queue. about $3. very moreish. love the freshness and slight crunchiness.
