Was craving for nice coconut tart when i chanced upon them in this shop. I was apprehensive to buy it as i find their quality is not consistent. Sometimes, their tarts are really good, but sometimes, their tarts doesn't rise well, resulting in dense layers that are more chewy than flaky. Decided to give it a chance and bought one. Decided to give it a chance and bought one. My first bite assured my tastebud that this is really good stuff. The crust was flaky and melt-in-your mouth, the coconut filling inside was sweet and moist. It was also adorned with a slice of red cherry piece on top.
My appetite for it has definitely been satisfied.
