Bake Inc (已結業)

Bake Inc sells quite tasty pandan cake. I bought a small one and it costs me only $2. The bigger one costs $4. The pandan cake does have the pandan leave aroma. It was very soft and spongy. Once you put it into your mouth, it is easily digested beacuse it was not too dry, unlike some other brands where I will feel choked. The level of sweetness was just nice and it is one of the better quality ones that I have tried. One small size pandan cake can easily serves four people.
