the pizza here requires you to cut it with a pair of scissors which they provide. very odd. would prefer a proper pizza cutter. anyway, it's because the pizza is so chewy that why you need a pair of scissors. the dough and crust was very very good. fresh, crunchy, between thick and thin, and nicely chewy. the toppings were very sparse. almost nothing on it!less than 5 leaves of basil. some cheese and 3 slices of tomatoes. so sad! but it tasted good. takes forever to arrive at the table as they h
