I went there with the purchase of some vouchers and I think it's a convenient place for finger food at Illuma. The place is pretty small and seats are quite limited though.I love the drumlets! Special Cheese. This special cheese fries doesn't taste as good as it looked. I'm guessing that it is made of sprinkled parmesan or mozarella cheese? A little bit like those pizza cheese which dries up when it is cold.You have to eat this fast because when it is cold, the cheese solidifies and turns rubbery. I would prefer those liquid, nachos cheese.
I personally prefer fries that are made of potatoes fried with the skin on, and the skin really enhances the taste and gives it a very distinctive fragrance. The fries itself at Ireland's Potato was just mediocre. There was a wide variety of flavours for the fries but some of them are quite common except for a few more special ones like fruit cream and yoghurt cream.That said, with several fries stall of such concept springing up, I think they need to improve on the taste and maybe expand the menu to be different (:
