This place makes their skin really thin. So their poh piah is really delicate and will fall apart easily. Best eaten hot on the spot. It's nicely balanced and the fillings are fresh and crunchy. Compared to Qi Ji, this is very mild in taste and the texture is refined and light and delicate. Qi Ji's poh piah is more robust and their flavours are stronger. I like the poh piah here but it's actually more expensive than Qi Ji and many other places. They emphasise that their poh piah skin is special.
