This is one of the oldest carrot cake stalls in Singapore, it tasted much better about 2 years ago but the standard dropped significantly when i visited a few months ago. It is still an above average fried carrot cake but no longer outstanding or perhaps i am just expecting too much?The carrot cake fried with a generous amount of eggs and it will be even nicer with extra preserved radish. You will definitely enjoy this plate of tasty and fragrant fried carrot cake if you have no prior experience
