This shop is rather new kid on the block in JP. I knew A1 from food courts before. I find items on the menus rather over priced, especially the rice dishes, compared to food court. But of cos I understand they have rental to pay now. Staffs are helpful in getting us a sit in an efficient manner.I ordered the Signature HK porridge. Order came in hotpot, piping hot contents. The porridge is the thick type and comes with quite a generous portion of ingredients (peanuts, cuttlefish, sliced fish etc)

Do tell the staffs you do not want the additional dish of steamed peanuts and wet tissue if you do not need them.Overall, pleasant having the piping hot porridge.
