the milk bun here is pretty good. it flattens easily as it's full of air, but otherwise the milky custard inside is good. it's a milk custard and not an egg custard so it's white. i like this milk bun as well as their milk bread which is drenched in sugar and butter. it can taste rather bland, but it's good with coffee or chocolate milk. it's got a nice chewy texture as well. the variety at this bakery is great and you have lots to choose from. but i wouldn't recommend all their pastries - some
