Ever since this outlet open at the basement of Tampines 1, it attracted much attention and you can see a lot of people crowding around to watch the staff make the icecream. My friend told me about Qoo selling Just Like It vouchers at half the price! I purchased 2 e-tickets and happily went to claim it.
I chose the Durian Durian and New Popcorn flavour. Both are signature flavours which require a top-up of $1 as my e-ticket is for the regular flavoured ones. There is an option to dine-in and we were served with 2 huge bowls. Well, only the bowl is huge, the icecream is the normal serving size. The first few mouthfuls of the durian durian tasted yummy and I can really taste the durian flavour. The new popcorn paled in comparison to the durian one and I expected a more caramel taste to it but there was none. I also felt there were too much popcorns inside the icecream. Both icecream tasted very light. For me, I prefer a much stronger thicker type of icecream. At the usual price of $5.90 for regular and $6.90 for signature flavoured ones, it is pretty pricey and not worth it.
