A clean and cozy restaurant with a open concept kitchen. Free wi-fi connection.They even pasted the password on the corner of every table.Salmon Salad - A bed of green lettuce and red tomatoes, served with special dressing and topped with generous chunks of salmon with a slice of lemon. I would suggest you try the original dressing without squeezing the lemon juice. Fried Mid Wings - Very tasty and not oily. Chicken meat is very tender. Fried Mid Wings - Very tasty and not oily. Chicken meat is very tender. A great finger food.
Fried Tofu - Usually tofu is quite bland but not this plate of specially made tofu. It is very crispy on the outside. Inside is very soft and tasty. You can eat it on its own without dipping into the mayo sauce or chilly sauce.
Prawn Noodles - This bowl of prawn noodles needs no further introduction. Famous Adam Road Prawn Noodles. I always order the big prawn and pork ribs combination whenever I go to Adam Road hawker ctr. This is the first time I tried their slice pork.. WOW.. I m surprised! Most sliced pork served in prawn noodles is very tough and dry but this sliced pork is so tender! Very thoughtful of them to supply each one of us with a mini motar to grind the chilly powder to suit our own spicy level. Too bad I can only share 8 photos here otherwise I would love to share the pic of the mini motar.
Meat Roll with Salted Egg/Olive Noddles - Special meat rolled with salted egg /olives. From the texture the meat looks like duck .. erm.. no maybe its beef... Huh all wrong? Its actually pork! Well. I must say its very special bcos it really tasted like duck to me. Chef Jack Teo mentioned that the yellow noodles is specially custom-made without the taste of the alkaline salts or commonly know as "kansui".
Bake & Grilled - Fresh seafood like fish, prawns, mussels, squid. specially picked by Chef Jack Teo. Take a leaf of fresh lettuce, place your favorite seafood on it, spread some white pepper sauce over it and chuck the whole thing into your mouth and slowly chew.... nom.. nom.. nom.. Yummy!
Special White Pepper Sauce - Chef Jack Teo takes pride in this white pepper sauce, specially invented by him.
Durian Cheesecake - Cannot really taste the cheese but the aroma of the durian lingers in my mouth. Must try!張貼
