Wong Kok Char Chan Teng (已結業)

This is a typical café selling several hong kong delights. I was at loss at what to eat, so I just ordered the crispy noodles. The noodles are crispy true to their name and the noodle itself is rather saltish already since it is in the nature of such noodles. As the gravy is also rather saltish, the overall dish ended up being much salty then I expected, which is a disappointment. The ingredients are not too many as well, what you see is all that there is. I probably will just stick to trying ot
