I seldom took Malay dish, maybe I was not fancy. In fact, Malay food was typically Malaysian and Singaporean signature in Asia. It was most traditional and ordinary if compared to other countries. A decent HALAL stall, it offered a huge range for their customers. Deceptively heavy thick gravy, it was too sticky for me. I admitted that the savor of the entire dish was delicious and fragrant yet the portion was small. Using yellow noodles, it was an interesting mixture of Chinese and Malay culture. I must say the peanut sauce was greatly enlightening the taste. Just like Rojak, the paste was very important. It was inexpensive by the way, only $2.50.
