I don't really like mutton soup but I thought I'll give it a try to complete my hawker must-try food list. This time I ordered the Mutton Soup ($4, $5 portion available as well). The mutton soup has a very strong dosage of ginger and pepper - well if you like it that way you would love this, but I think I don't like it. The mutton meat can be considered tender. The portion size is reasonable for one person. Perhaps I'm not a very good gauge on how good/bad this is because it is not those that I'

The portion size is reasonable for one person. Perhaps I'm not a very good gauge on how good/bad this is because it is not those that I'll voluntarily buy, but my friend commented that this mutton soup is not the usual hawker sort so maybe that's why it did not settle well with me.I don't think I will recommend this to anyone... there are plenty of other choices around here.
