However, for this stall, the owner felt that to packet the grass jelly up would be more hygienic. So he set up his own factory that made brew and package the grass jelly. The beancurd and grass jelly makes a good combination, both are smooth and grass jelly have the effect of cooling. It's not too sweet too.
