Polar Puffs and Cakes is a home grown family business before it expanded to what it is today. I love the sugar rolls at Polar Puffs though they have upped the price. Previously you can get one for $1, but now its $1.20. I was at Jem so i decided to get one of my favourite sugar rolls. One can also choose between the sugar coated one or the non-sugar coated one, depending on your preference. Still the cream inside provides a little sweetness. The cake itself is also not too denss, quite moist and fluffy. Can buy in bulk and serve it for events and functions!
They also have plenty of other pastries (such as chicken pie, curry puff) and cakes (mango rolls!) to choose from.
