eM By The River (已結業)

Located by the river, eM by the river adopted alfresco dinning concept. By day, it is a good place to have brunch (Till 3pm) or to just chill and read a book. By night, it's transformed into a dinning cum chillout place. I was there at eM on one of the evening to chillout with my friends. beside having alcohol, we had some spam chips and homemade tiramisu. The tiramisu was not too sweet, creamy and with a tinge of coffee liquor taste while the spam chips were thin and crispy. I would highly reco
