Oyster Cake

I have never tried eating oyster cakes before so when I saw it in Maxwell, I decided to try it. Since it is my first time trying it, I decided to get the one with the oyster. I actually find it quite funny that the normal one is without oyster since I thought oyster cakes, being so named, should have oysters in them. Anyway, a batch of oyster cakes are already pre fried so it isnt warm when I got it. Perhaps it is because it has been sitting out for sometime, the oyster cake is quite oily in my

Anyway, a batch of oyster cakes are already pre fried so it isnt warm when I got it. Perhaps it is because it has been sitting out for sometime, the oyster cake is quite oily in my opinion. However, it is still quite tasty and well-seasoned so tastewise it is ok. If it is freshly fried, I believe the taste will be better.
