Having tried their souffle which was good, I decided to come for their pasta. I tried the Hoshino spaghetti with eggplant, bacon, mushrooms, and sausage. This costs around 14 dollars and seems quite expensive, but it is afterall one of Hoshino’s signature dish. The spaghetti was not too bad; it retained its springy texture and was rather flavourful. The portion was also quite generous as I could not finish the whole dish by myself, advised to share among 2 small eaters.
